Cancellation Policy

1. A Contract that has been Started already cannot be terminated in the middle of the Contract Period.
2. In case you have made the payment for renewal of a Future Contract and the Contract is not yet started, in such case we can stop the renewal and initiate the refund process.
3. In the scenario mentioned in the previous point Customer has to send email to support team 14 days prior to the renewal date without which we may not be able to stop the renewal process.

Refund Policy

1. No Refund will be processed for a Contract that is already started.
2. Refund process will take 7 days with in India and 14 days out side India.
